Two kinds of doctors, two kinds of paper

A doctor on the payroll and a doctor who visits are not the same paperwork. One is an employee. The other is often a contractor, and the January list for that visiting doctor is usually due by the last day of January. Putting an employee on that list, or leaving a visiting doctor off it, is how a simple year draws a letter.

We ask which one a person is before the list is built. A nickname, a shift, or the fact that someone wore a coat in the building is not the test. The test is the arrangement the clinic actually has. If the arrangement is unclear, the name stays on a question list instead of being sorted by habit.

No private number belongs on this website or in the public form. The form can say that a wage file is waiting. The identifiers wait for a call.

Our part ends when the file is ready

Payday itself stays with the provider the clinic already chose. A book cleanup that quietly becomes a second payroll shop helps nobody. We stand the hours, the roles, and the visits next to each other so the provider can run a clean pay date.

Relief coverage is the messy week. A visiting doctor paid from the operating account can look, in the bank, like a vendor, a bonus, or a refund. The wage file says which it was. Without that sentence, the reconciliation invents a story.

If the clinic has no provider yet, we still do not become the payroll run. We can say what the file needs to contain so a provider can start. The running of payday remains outside this address.

Dates that are the same in every state

A visiting doctor's January list is usually due on the last day of that month, which is a federal clock. A clinic that pays estimates will meet the other federal reminders in April, in June, in September, and in the January after the year, and the dollar is chosen with the return rather than copied from an example.

The amounts are not ours to invent on a marketing page. A sample number would be a fiction, and fiction in a wage conversation is expensive. Bring the last pay date you trusted and the name of the provider, and we will start from the file you have.
